A little about Valhalla Athletic

To us, Valhalla is a place for human growth and improvement. Our mission is to make you better than you were before you walked through our doors. Strengthen your core, your mind, and improve your recovery all in one place.

 

At Valhalla Athletic, we explain our Group Training to be “a taste of everything.” We provide variations and explore many different methods of physical training in our Gym space. You can expect variations of powerlifting, CrossFit, HIIT, boxing, plyometrics and strength and conditioning.

Our rosters change frequently to keep training exciting for our members but to also stimulate adaptations by changing the way we train and the focus of the training on a regular basis.

Covid-19 Update

We are still running group sessions during these unprecedented times. Following the Victorian/Australian regulations we are running outdoor sessions with a max of 20 people using social distancing and extra facility sanitation.
